Siew Lan is a registered Clinical Psychologist working full-time in private practice. She completed her Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical) at Murdoch University in 2014.
Siew Lan works mainly with adults and adolescents, with a special interest in working with interpersonal difficulties, relational issues, complex trauma and personality disorders. She primarily practices from a trauma-informed care framework and has a process-oriented approach based on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and is guided by Attachment-based approach. Siew Lan also incorporates other evidence-based interventions such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
