Her interest in supporting families extends to working with couples. Ellen holds further qualifications in this often complex area, which provides her with a wealth of knowledge and the ability to provide non-judgemental assistance to couples and families, regardless of their struggles. Ellen is available to support you in dealing with a wide range of difficulties and concerns, including anxiety, anger management, trauma (including childhood trauma and abuse), depression, ASD, learning difficulties, parenting issues, PTSD, relationship issues, and sleep disorders. Her expertise includes ACT, Art/play therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, humanistic therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and schema therapy. Ellen uses these evidence-based therapy techniques to provide a personalised, client-centred approach that allows people to reflect, evaluate, and problem-solve their life challenges where they can.
