Rachael is a registered and endorsed Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals with special needs across a variety of settings.

At Helios Psychology, she focuses exclusively on providing psychological assessment services, offering comprehensive evaluations to support understanding, appropriate diagnosis (if applicable), and tailored intervention planning.

Rachael offers a range of assessment services, including:

• Cognitive and IQ Assessments (Ages 6 and above)
• Educational Assessments for learning difficulties (Ages 6-50)
• Autism Assessments for (Ages 3- 10)

She collaborates closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure each assessment is comprehensive and evidence-informed. Her approach is person-centred, thorough, and practical, and focused on helping clients, families, and educators gain meaningful insights into the individual’s unique profile and guiding next steps for effective support and learning.

Beyond her clinical work, Rachael has shared her professional insights on child development through contributions to Asianparent.com and MindChamps Singapore. She is also the author of the book, “Help! I’m a Parent! – A Parent’s Guide to Managing Challenging Behaviours and Promoting More Positive Ones,” and has contributed to higher education as a Developing Academic for the unit “Psychological Development and Diversity in Childhood” in the Graduate Diploma of Psychology program at Edith Cowan University.
