Shanthi offers support for a wide range of difficulties and concerns, including depression, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, post-natal depression, anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, and bipolar and related disorders. Her therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Ego State therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing.
