Tracey is a registered psychologist with over 10 years experience in the non-for-profit and private sector. She has clinical experience working with a wide range of presenting concerns and is available to support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family domestic violence, interpersonal and relationship issues, stress, and adjustment difficulties. Tracey also has extensive experience working with individuals and their loved ones who are affected by substance use. Tracey brings a warm, down to earth presence and values the importance of creating a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore their personal challenges and concerns. Understanding that each person is unique, Tracey works collaboratively with her clients assisting them to reach their desired outcomes and goals. Passionate about improving well-being and creating lasting change, Tracey utilises a number of different therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Self-Compassion Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions.
