Rose is a registered psychologist with experience working with adults, older adults, and children. She has experience doing therapeutic work across a range of presentations, including depression and anxiety symptoms, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, sexuality and identity struggles. From her background in Neurophysiology research in the 85+ population Rose has an interest in working with older adults working through life transitions and interpersonal struggles, as well as working with adults of all ages who are coming to know themselves a little better. She enjoys engaging with first time therapy goers or people wanting to try something new. She aims to develop therapeutic relationships with clients that are warm, trusting, and a safe experience. Rose utilised approaches including CBT, ACT, IPT, TA, and Polyvagal Theory.

Rose also has experience working in school settings assessing children’s cognitive profile and helping improve their learning adjustments. She enjoys making the cognitive assessment process a fun and care-free process for children, who often ask to come back for more games! Rose takes on a holistic approach to cognitive profiles, where a child’s ability is presented more as a profile of strengths and weaknesses, in order to empower a child to lean on their strengths and be proud of their own way of thinking and learning.
