Sabrina is a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with courage, clarity, and compassion. She believes that no story is too big or too small, and approaches each person with deep respect for their lived experience.
Sabrina is intentional about creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely supportive. She understands the importance of having a space where you can speak freely, slow down, and explore your emotions without judgment. Her presence is warm, calm, and grounding, and she works collaboratively with you at a pace that feels comfortable.

Sabrina supports clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and relationship issues. She is especially passionate about helping individuals who feel misunderstood, overstretched, or alone in their struggles.

Sabrina draws from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

She offers therapy in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and warmly welcomes people from diverse cultural backgrounds with client referrals from GP mental health care plans, NDIS, St John and private referrals, and more. Above all, Sabrina is committed to offering a space where you feel safe, supported, and gently held, as you move towards greater clarity, wellbeing, and emotional resilience.
